We commonly install double-DIN head units, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto systems, integrated or add-on reversing cameras, dash cams, and Vodafone or Scorpion trackers.

Classic & hot rod

Wiring for vehicles that need thinking, not guessing.

JRGMTS carries out diagnosis, repairs, electrical upgrades and bespoke loom work on classic cars, hot rods and specialist builds. Experience includes classic VW repairs, complete VW camper looms and custom wiring work alongside DTH Works and Hamilton Racing.

These projects are workshop-only and the vehicle must be left with us.

Leisure electrical

12V systems built around how the vehicle is used.

Solar, DC-to-DC charging, inverters, batteries, monitoring and fault diagnosis for campervans, motorhomes and caravans. We generally favour Victron equipment where it suits the application.

Who you deal with

A small, hands-on team.

Gordon and James both handle fitting, servicing, quotations, accounts, admin and customer calls. The team has grown, but the partners remain directly involved in the work.

Ben joined the team around September 2025 as an additional towbar fitter, supporting the continued growth of TowBars2U fitting work.

Finley McDonald

Part-Time Trailer Technician

Finley joined part-time in late 2025 and supports the workshop with trailer servicing and related maintenance work. In July 2026 he completed and passed the NTTA Course Foundation in Trailer Servicing.
